01Prices
All prices are in euros (€), per person, for a private tour. The price shown on each tour page is for 2 travellers sharing a double room. Prices for other group sizes are shown in the tour’s price table or sent with your quote.
Each tour page lists what is included and what is not. Anything not listed as included – such as flights, lunches, drinks, entrance fees, tips and personal expenses – is at your own cost.
02Booking and deposit
To confirm your tour, you pay a deposit of 30% of the total price by bank transfer. We send you our bank details with your quote.
Your booking is confirmed once we have received your deposit and sent you a written confirmation by email or WhatsApp.
03Paying the balance
The remaining 70% is paid by bank transfer, between 30 days and 1 day before the first day of your tour.
If you book less than 30 days before your tour, the balance is due no later than 1 day before the tour starts.
Bank transfer fees are paid by the traveller.
04Cancellation by you
The 30% deposit is not refundable.
If you cancel after paying the balance, we refund the balance minus any costs we have already paid and cannot recover, such as hotels and desert camps.
Please tell us about any cancellation in writing, by email or WhatsApp, as soon as possible.
05Changing your dates
You can move your tour to new dates once without losing your deposit, if you tell us before your tour starts and the new dates are available. If the price for the new dates is different, the new price applies.
06Changes by us
We may change the order of visits, a hotel or the route for reasons beyond our control, such as weather, road conditions, closures or safety. Any replacement hotel is of the same standard or better.
If we have to cancel your tour, we refund everything you have paid.
07Travel insurance and documents
We strongly recommend travel insurance covering cancellation, medical costs and repatriation.
You are responsible for your passport, visa and any health requirements to enter Morocco.
08During the tour
Please be on time at the agreed meeting point. Services missed because of a late arrival or a no-show cannot be refunded.
Camel rides, treks and other activities are taken at your own choice. Please tell us before the tour about any health condition that could affect your participation.
09Complaints
If something is not right during your tour, tell your driver or contact us straight away, so we can fix it on the spot.
