Welcome to Marrakech! Upon your arrival at the Marrakech airport, you'll be transferred to your hotel where you'll be greeted with a warm welcome, including a refreshing glass of mint tea. Here, you’ll receive an overview of your tour itinerary and a city map. Depending on your arrival time, you'll have the afternoon free to explore the city at your own pace, wandering through the winding streets and vibrant souks. Enjoy your first night in Marrakech at your hotel.

Today, you'll embark on a guided tour of Marrakech with a knowledgeable local guide. Discover the city’s most iconic landmarks, including the bustling Jemma el Fna square, the historic 800-year-old Koutoubia Mosque, and the lively souks, palaces, and museums. You'll also explore the French Colonial district of Gueliz and the serene Menara Gardens. A highlight of the day will be a visit to the Majorelle Gardens, a stunning oasis that was once the residence of Yves Saint Laurent. After lunch at a local restaurant, you’ll have the rest of the day to immerse yourself in the vibrant atmosphere of Marrakech at your leisure.

Your adventure continues with a day trip to the Atlas Mountains. The journey begins in the picturesque Ourika Valley, where you'll enjoy a traditional breakfast in a Berber house. Here, you’ll have the opportunity to connect with local Berber families, learning about their way of life and the art of making mint tea. After breakfast, you'll embark on a scenic camel ride through the valley, soaking in the stunning landscapes and historic Berber villages. The journey then takes you to Imlil, a mountain village known for its trekking opportunities, including the trek to Jebel Toubkal, the highest peak in North Africa. After lunch with a local Berber family, you'll set off on a mule trek through the mountains, culminating in a visit to the region's famous waterfalls. The day concludes with a thrilling option to enjoy quad biking or paragliding in Lalla Takerkoust before returning to Marrakech in the early evening.

After breakfast, depart Marrakech and journey through lush valleys lined with orange groves, ancient olive trees, and argan oil cooperatives, arriving at the charming seaside town of Essaouira. Known for its broad beaches, ancient walled medina, and artistic atmosphere, Essaouira is a favorite getaway for Moroccans and a hub for artists and wood carvers. Stroll along the ramparts, relax on the beach, or visit the bustling port to sample the fresh catch of the day. After a day of exploration, you'll return to your Marrakech hotel in the evening.
