By booking a tour with Morocco Premium Tours, you accept these conditions on behalf of yourself and all others using our services through your booking. Upon agreeing to all aspects of the proposal, Morocco Premium Tours will issue an invoice with payment details. Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of a deposit of 20% to 30% of the total invoice. The remaining balance (less deposit) can be paid in cash on the day of the tour.
If changes to your booking are not possible for any reason, you may either proceed with your holiday as originally booked or cancel and pay the cancellation charges specified below. Please notify us in writing as soon as possible if you need to cancel your travel arrangements. The cancellation charge depends on the number of days between receipt of your written cancellation and the start date of your trip:
We cannot accept liability for any resulting loss, damage, or expense, and no refunds will be made if war, threat of war, civil unrest, closure of airports, industrial action, threatened or actual terrorist activities, or any other event (conditions defined by the Commonwealth and Foreign Office in London, not the State Department in Washington) outside our control delays, extends, or changes your holiday arrangements during the holiday.
Please inform us of any special requirements (dietary, medical, wheelchair assistance, etc.) before confirming your booking. We will pass this information on to our suppliers to ensure a safe and enjoyable holiday. Notify us of any preferences (hotel locations, bed configurations, etc.) when making your reservation. We will try to accommodate all requests, but no compensation will be paid if such requests are not fulfilled.
Our cars are registered and fully insured as tourist vehicles to carry the appropriate number of passengers.
All party members must have adequate and appropriate insurance for the trip, covering loss of effects (including money and passport), personal accident, medical expenses, repatriation, including international medical emergency service and air ambulance service costs (minimum cover of €5,000 for medical and repatriation expenses), and other potential expenses. We strongly recommend cancellation insurance. Ensure your insurance policy covers activities such as horse & camel riding, trekking, quad biking, etc., which may occur over rough terrain and at altitudes over 2,000m.
We assume no responsibility for personal injury, illness, damage, death, or loss incurred during your trip. Morocco Premium Tours acts only as an agent and is not responsible for the actions of carriers, property owners, providers, or organizers of activities, guides, and transport. We are not liable for events outside our reasonable control or if there has been no fault by Morocco Premium Tours. Safety standards of accommodation and suppliers of local services may differ from those in your home country.
All aspects of your itinerary are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances or factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, road conditions, vehicle maintenance issues, and driver illness. We reserve the right to make last-minute changes to your tour and emphasize that the driver has the authority to make logistical decisions based on their experience and “on the ground” knowledge.
While we use our local knowledge and experience to ensure you meet your onward travel connections, we are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances. We strongly advise that your onward connection is booked for the day following the end of your tour with us.
For cycling activities, please note that the availability of protective headgear may vary, and we cannot guarantee it will be provided or to the same standard as in your home country. We recommend bringing your own headgear.
Ensure you have valid travel documents. Your passport must be valid for your return date and have a blank page for the visa on arrival stamp. A return ticket should also be booked. Visa requirements differ by country, and it is your responsibility to ensure all passport and visa requirements are met before arriving in Morocco. We are not responsible for missed holidays or repatriation costs due to failure to meet these requirements.
We take full responsibility to ensure the security of your private and confidential information provided during booking. The information collected will be used to make reservations with hotels and third parties to arrange your travel requirements. We will share your special requirements with relevant suppliers to ensure your safety and enjoyment. By booking with us, you consent to this information being passed to the relevant persons. We reserve the right to use photographs and case studies on our website and social media pages for publicity purposes. If you do not wish for this, please inform us at the time of booking.
In the unlikely event of a complaint, immediately contact your driver/hotel/guide, who will do their best to resolve it. If this is not possible, contact our office with details of your complaint. Discuss any concerns with us at the time to give us the opportunity to resolve them. We aim to ensure you enjoy your holiday and will do everything within our capabilities to make this happen.
